Introduction
Girls in STEM is an online hackathon for middle and high school students to build tech projects for social good. Participants can create solutions for real-world problems in areas like education, health, accessibility, safety, and sustainability.
Tools and Technologies
- Any programming language is allowed
- Websites, apps, games, and AI tools are welcome
- Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Scratch, and similar tools can be used
- Canva and Figma are allowed for design
- GitHub is encouraged for code sharing
- No-code tools are welcome
